Are you tired of robocalls?  I currently run a web design business and sadly I get robocalls almost four to five times everyday and it’s driving me crazy.  Therefore, you’re probably wondering how to stop robocalls on your cell phone, so I’m going to give you some helpful tips in this article.

Unfortunately, robocalls affects millions of Americans each day.  Some automated calls we don’t mind receiving, such as an emergency disaster, school announcements, or pharmacies.  But some calls from sales people, scams and telemarketers are just too intrusive and we need to get rid of these guys.

According to the FCC, data shows that the number of complaints about unwanted calls, including robocalls and telemarketing calls, has fluctuated somewhat over the past few years, with 172,000 complaints in 2015, 150,000 complaints in 2016, 185,000 complaints in 2017, and 232,000 complaints in 2018.  Whew that’s a lot of complaints!

Did you know that many smartphones have built-in spam and robocall tools that automatically block these calls? I know after doing research I didn’t even know these existed.  As a result, I’m going to list some apps you can download, so you can be protected against robocalls and spam.
